By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions. The Designing Pat reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
PRODUCT INFORMATION

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Each handmade card is individually crafted and there are no two that are exactly the same.

As the cards were handmade from scratch (yes, no machine work was involved; it's very organic!), there may be some imperfections. Only purchase if you are comfortable and confident with our workmanship.

Due to sustainability, the products are constantly restocked by demand.

We always aim to provide the most accurate image of the product you will receive. However, due to the nature of the craft, there may be slight variations to the colours of the illustrations and the patterned paper used. Nonetheless, please rest assure that the general design is kept similar. For more information on the variation of each card, please refer to their individual product page.
SHIPPING & HANDLING

In-stock items will be shipped within 2–3 days of your order.

All postage charges are at a flat rate to ONE shipping address, regardless of the number of items purchased.

If you are shipping individually to different addresses, please make separate orders.

Postage fees will include cost of materials, manpower for packing and delivering of parcels.

We will not be responsible for any lost parcels by the delivery services.

All unclaimed (or due to incorrect address provided, etc) parcels that have been returned to us will need to be paid for by the customer before we can resend it. Postage charges will apply.

Please ensure that all payment are made 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Otherwise, your order will be automatically voided.

As card processing fees are absorbed by us, any refunds issued will be less the card processing fees charged for the original transaction.
We will do our best to ensure the items are of the best condition before sending it out.
However, if the items received were unsatisfactory, please drop us an email with photos of proof and we will sort it out.
